At DiHome Aromas, your satisfaction fuels everything we do. Since each of our products is handmade with immense care, we want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase. That's why we've made our exchange and return policy clear and transparent.

Conditions for Exchange or Return

For an exchange or return to be possible, it's essential that the product is in the same condition as when you received it, with no signs of use. Think of our products as small works of art that need to be preserved!

  • Candles: They cannot have been lit. We want every candle to arrive at another home as new as it left our production.

  • Home Sprays & Diffusers: They cannot have been used. The liquid level must be intact, and the packaging must be free of any signs of use.

  • Other Handmade Products: These must be in perfect condition, without any indication of use, damage, or alteration.

Important: Products showing any signs of use, as described above, won't be eligible for exchange or return. In such cases, the cost of resending the product back to you will be your responsibility.

 


 

Deadlines for Requests

  • Regret of Purchase: If you change your mind about your purchase, the maximum period to notify us and request a return is 7 (seven) business days from the date you received the product, as per the Consumer Protection Code.

  • Manufacturing Defect: Did you identify a manufacturing defect? You have up to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date you received the product to contact us. Quality is our top priority!

 


 

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

Starting the process is simple:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] or a message via WhatsApp to +55 11 91301-8791.

  2. In your message, please include:

    • Order Number

    • Your Full Name

    • Your CPF

    • Which Product you wish to exchange or return

    • The Reason for your request (regret, defect, etc.)

    • A clear photo and video of the product (especially if it's due to a defect or to prove it hasn't been used).

After we receive your request, we'll review the information and get back to you within 30 business days with detailed instructions on how to send the product back to us.

 


 

Analysis & Refund/Exchange

Once the product returns to our studio, it will undergo a careful quality analysis. Our goal is to ensure that the conditions for exchange or return have been met.

If the analysis is approved, we'll refund the amount paid or send a new product, depending on your choice and our stock availability.

The deadline for processing your refund or sending the new product is up to 7 business days after the analysis is approved.

 


 

Shipping Costs

  • Regret of Purchase: The shipping costs for returns due to regret are your responsibility.

  • Manufacturing Defect: If the reason is a manufacturing defect, the shipping costs (both ways) will be covered by us.
