How to Calculate Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery times are automatically calculated in your shopping cart. Just enter your delivery address's ZIP code in the indicated field. You can choose from the available shipping options for your region, which may include:

  • PAC (Correios - Brazilian Post Office): The most economical option, with longer delivery times.

  • SEDEX (Correios - Brazilian Post Office): The fastest option, with shorter delivery times.

  • Partner Carriers like Loggi: We may use private transport carriers to optimize delivery in certain regions.

Delivery Times

The delivery time you see at checkout begins counting from the confirmation of your order payment and the dispatch of your product.

  • Processing Time: After payment confirmation, your order will be prepared, carefully packaged, and dispatched within 3 business days. During periods of high demand (like Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), this period might be extended, but we'll always notify you through our communication channels.

  • Carrier Time: Once dispatched, the delivery time is the responsibility of Correios or the chosen carrier, and it varies depending on the selected shipping method and your location.

You'll receive a tracking code via email as soon as your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey.

Free Shipping

Keep an eye out for our promotions! DiHome Aromas may offer free shipping for purchases above a certain value or for specific regions. The conditions for free shipping will always be disclosed on our website and our social media channels.

  • Free Shipping Conditions: For purchases above R$99.90 for all of Brazil.

  • Brazil Shipping: A fixed rate of R$10.90 for purchases under R$99.90 for all of Brazil.

Delivery Information

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct when you place your order. We are not responsible for deliveries not made due to incorrect information. If the order returns to DiHome Aromas due to an address error, the re-shipment will be charged to the customer.

  • Recipient Absence: Carriers and Correios typically make 2 to 3 delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the order, it may be returned to us. In these cases, the cost of re-shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

  • Loss or Theft: Although rare, unforeseen events can occur. In the event of confirmed loss or theft of the order during transit, we'll resend a new order at no additional cost to you, after confirmation of the incident by the carrier.
